What a credit buys
Cost depends only on output size. Model, aspect ratio, prompt length and prompt enhancement are free.

Questions
What is a credit?
One credit generates one standard image of about 1 megapixel (for example 1024 × 1024). An HD image of about 2 megapixels costs 2 credits.
Is this a subscription?
No. Packs are one-time purchases and never renew. Buy another pack only when you run low.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits are valid for 365 days. The 3 free sign-up credits are valid for 30 days. The oldest credits are used first.
What happens if a generation fails?
Credits are only kept for successful images. Timeouts, upstream errors and safety blocks are refunded automatically, and the refund appears in your credit history.
Can I get a refund on a pack?
Yes. Within 14 days of purchase, a pack with none of its credits used is refunded in full to the original payment method. Failed generations are always refunded as credits. See the refund policy or email hello@moss-image.com.
Is there a free way to use MOSS-Image?
Yes. The weights are open under Apache-2.0, so you can run them locally in ComfyUI. You can also generate here with your own free Hugging Face quota on our Hugging Face page.
